Bronze class visit to Shipley Art Gallery 

On Tuesday, Bronze class visited our local gallery, Shipley Art Gallery, to take part in a workshop using clay.  We investigated different kinds of pottery and used our Science knowledge to help us describe the properties of the material. We then looked around the gallery for inspiration for our own pieces of work, drawing pictures of what we liked. Then we created our own bowls using clay and added patterns based on what had inspired us. It was fantastic!
