Victory in Europe.

The children in Blue and Pink Class had a fantastic day celebrating the 80th anniversary of VE Day. They listened to a news round story all about VE Day and what it was like for children and soldiers in 1945. They added two new dates to their timeline showing the war ending beyond living memory and the 80th celebration within their living memory. After competing different tasks, the children finished their day with a celebratory strawberry and cream cake.
